Through the Shires to The Heart of England

Low traffic, starting from Sutton Park.

It is a social pace ride, with stops taken as and when necessary.

Helmets are advised but not obligatory. It would be helpful if riders brought spare inner tube, etc, just in case. Riders should bring a drink and a snack. There will a coffee stop at The Heart of England.
