This is an opportunity to take part in a free session led by qualified coaches to practice and improve basic techniques on the bicycle.
The coaching session itself will last for 90 mins, in a large, traffic free area, covering some basic bike handiling skills. You don't need to be a new cyclist to take part, the aim is to have fun and increase confidence.
You will need a roadworthy bike & helmet
Kit to fix a puncture, inner tube, tyre lever and pump
Suitable clothing for the weather
Suncream
Water
There is parking at Riverpark where we will be starting the ride. (RingGo)
There are toilet facilities available at the P&R site.
It is possible to meet at St Catherine’s P&R for a shorter cycle to the session, or meet us at location of coaching.
