The route is designed for leisurely and stress-free cycling, mainly off road on paths and tracks from Asda Gosforth to the Rising Sun Country Park. The pace will be gentle and no one will be left behind. There is a cafe and public WC at the Country Park
Although we won't be out long please remember your wet weather gear and tools to fix a puncture. You may wish to bring a drink and a snack.
