About the route
We will making our way through Sanket Valley Park then onto the Trans Pennine trail towards Spike Island. This is a lovely route, plenty of wildlife to see, especially swans who are currently building their nests.
We will stop for a refreshment at the Ferry Inn on our return.
We will be riding at a steady pace.
Please bring your waterproofs as the weather at this time of year is unpredictable.
