Easy going Stanwick Lakes Loop

Starting at Henry Chichele Primary School we will follow the Greenway cycle and footpath which goes over the A45 towards Stanwick Lakes.
Once we are within the Stanwick Lakes park we will cycle around the adventure trail and then continuing on a mixture of flat but muddy / gravelly terrain so a mountain or hybrid with off road tyres would be needed.
The route is pretty much flat for the whole duration so it should be a relaxing pleasant ride. However, please be aware of walkers, children, dogs and cyclists.

This is an easy ride to help you get going again if you haven’t been on a group ride since lockdown, or if you are new to cycling and would like to try going out in a group.

The route is on traffic free cycle and footpaths

We will stop for coffee at the Stanwick Lakes Visitors Centre before heading back to the school.

Please bring your helmet and money for the coffee stop. Also please check your tyres before you leave, due to the Covid restrictions it is unlikely AJ Cycles will be able to assist us as they have in the past.
