An easy going ride leaving from the metal bench in Long Bucky.
Going via Whilton, Brockhall, Dodford, a stop at Granny’s Cafe in Weedon Bec, then returning to Long Buckby via Flore and The Bringtons.
The pace will be a leisurely 10 miles an hour to allow new riders to join.
There are a few hills including 2 short challenging ones, but we always wait at the top. This is an excellent ride to improve your fitness with no time pressure!
