Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

Cycling from start point to we will travel along the embankment, we will then head over to Cattedown and make our way towards the Barbican and onto RWY, from there we will decide where to have a refreshment stop

FLAB TAMAR evening ride, nice easy ride to get those who haven't been out for a while a chance to get back into the saddle and ease themselves in. This is a really easy ride and is open to everyone of all abilities and we welcome new riders.

Roads and marked cycle paths

Undecided where to stop for refreshments however there will be a stop somewhere for everyone to have a catch up and a hot drink

Due to the dark evenings, appropriate clothing should be worn, both front and rear lights are to be fully charged/fresh batteries and of course a cycle helmet, without which you will not be able to participate, no exceptions. Please bring tools and spare tube should you have an issue en route and don't forget change/card for a got drink.
