Starting point

HA5 1SS

Bottom of Deane Croft Road

Through quiet back streets to Polish War memorial, then along footpath beside A40 to Target roundabout, under subway to Northala Fields. After exploring Northala Fields return via Islip Manor, through the Race course estate and onto the cycle path at Northolt Park back through to Rayners Lane. Turn left down High Worple and then into Roxbourne park to return to Eastcote. Approx 4 miles each way. We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind.  We'll also stop for coffee and cakes along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  We hope the weather will be warm, but be prepared and bring warm clothes or wear layers.  Look forward to seeing you there.
