Starting from - In the Asda car park in Hatfield at the bike stands facing the petrol station. Please bring a pump and inner tubes with you. We shall be cycling at a moving speed of 11-12 mph with a stop every 15 to 18 miles. AL10 0JP

We'll head east through the Lea Valley before crossing into Essex to Matching Tye ( a small village win the far side of Harlow) before heading back via Ware and Hertford.

Quiet roads where possible

We'll have a coffee stop in Dobbs Weir near Hoddesdon, pub stop at the Fox in Matching Tye, before an afternoon break in Ware.

Please bring a pump and spare inner tubes. We shall be cycling at 11-12mph, with about 15-18 miles between stops.
