About the route
This is a fairly standard ride - only a couple of long climbs but they are not show stoppers. A café stop half way at Harrold so please bring funds should you wish refreshments (cake and coffee for around (£4.50) Starting at AJ's bike shop in Higham Ferrers, Northants.
