Central Park

You don’t have to be the next Bradley Wiggins, but you’ll need to know your way around a bike and be fairly fit to take part in our Challenging rides. If you’re comfortable riding with other people and fancy a fresh challenge, these rides are perfect for you. They start at around twenty miles long, and are paced at between 11 and 12 miles an hour. Starting in Dagenham's Central Park the route take you on an amazing route through the heart of Barking and Dagenham and a further 2 London Boroughs before stopping in the City of London.  Along the way you will experience both the historic East London and the modern buildings of the future in London’s Docklands.  The route utilises Cycle Superhighway's 2 and 3 which provide a purpose built route through East London and into the City.  This is the perfect route for anybody who wants to do a few miles and see how easy it is to get to the heart of the city by bike!
