Central Park

Starting in Dagenham's Central Park the route take you on an amazing route through Barking and Dagenham and a further 2 London Boroughs before stopping next to the Tower of London.  Along the way you will experience both the historic East London and the modern buildings of the future in London’s Docklands.  The route utilises the full lengths of Cycle Superhighway's 2 and 3 which provide a purpose built route through East London and into the City, this includes the new section of CS2 from Bow roundabout to Newham Greenway. You'll follow the Greenway back to CS3 before taking a diversion away from CS3 through the parks of Barking and Dagenham.  This is the perfect route for anybody who wants to do a few miles and see how easy it is to get to the heart of the city by bike!
