We’ll meet by the Cafe nearest the Met line station and head out through the park to the country lanes around Sarratt. This one is meant to be a quick blast out before work, so no coffee stop.
Mostly country lanes with the occasional busy stretch. The paths from the cafe out through the park are a bit rough, similar kind of surface to the Ebury Way
Please wear a helmet and bring water, tools and tubes in case of issues
