Earlswood Explorer

This ride(postponed from 15th June) is in collaboration with a new cycle hub at Christ Church, School Rd, Yardley Wood and Big Birmingham Bikes who are making bikes available for this and other rides today**. Along with Breeze they are keen to encourage more women to get cycling. This is a steady ride suitable for women beginners/returners to cycling who feel they are ready to go that little bit further and are confident, with support, to cycle on roads. It's 14 miles at an easy pace that will take us out of Yardley Wood via Tritiford Park and then along canal paths (weather permitting), quiet roads and country lanes to and around Earlswood before meandering our way back along the lanes. **You can borrow a bike (Text or ring me to book one) or bring your own. The ride is suitable for hybrid/mountain bike. Please ensure your bike is roadworthy and it's helpful if you have a spare inner tube to hand. Bright suitable clothing is recommended - NO LYCRA NEEDED!
