Each ride is under 10 miles and explores Southall, Greenford and Hanwell's landscape – historic, modern, green spaces and canal towpaths. All levels of riders are welcome, particularly family groups, nervous riders, or people that want to return to cycling. The rides are led by qualified cycling instructors. There will be free Doctor Bike checks throughout the day at Northala Fields and Churchfields Recreation Ground, and bike security marking will be available on the day.
