Ealing Canal Loop

This 27.4 mile almost flat ride takes in several sections of the Grand Union Canal including the picturesque Paddington Branch. This is for those wanting a longer ride but also enjoy cycling on mainly traffic-free trails. Enjoy the tranquil escapism that the open spaces and cycling tracks of West London have to offer. Finish the ride at the lovely Haven Green, home to some fine eateries, and have a well earned rest! You don’t have to be the next Bradley Wiggins, but you’ll need to know your way around a bike and be fairly fit to take part in our Challenging rides. If you’re comfortable riding with other people and fancy a fresh challenge, these rides are perfect for you. They start at around twenty miles long, and are paced at between 11 and 12 miles an hour.
