Starting the ride from the Bridgwater YMCA you will head out west towards Durleigh reservoir. You'll be out on some of Bridgwater's quiet country lanes for a couple of miles before heading back towards suburbia. From here you will use the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal to take you right back to the start. The first section of this route is uphill on the way to the reservoir, but that does mean that you will have plenty of free wheeling on your way back! Please note there aren't any toilets or changing facilities at the start of the route.
