Durham City Adventure

Join us on an autumnal adventure through Durham City and Newton Hall starting from the Cathedral, passing the University, along the riverbanks and up and around the myriad of off road routes at Aykley Heads and Newton Hall. We'll finish off with refreshments in the Cathedral cafe. This is a very varied ride along good quality off road paths but with some road riding. It is a hilly 9 miles but the views and the variety are worth the effort, but please do make sure you are suitably able to tackle it. It is good for any bike other than skinny road tyres. Please come dressed suitably for the weather which is likely to mean gloves, buff and plenty of layers. If you want any more information about the ride then email us at [email protected].
