TransPennine Trail Car Park, Broadheath. At the junction of Black Moss Road, Seamons Road and Dairyhouse Lane

This easy ride is a mixture of road, canal and off road cycle path on the Trans Pennine Trail and is just perfect for a Saturday morning. We start from the TPT car park behind Broadheath and head out along the TPT. We will then head off along the roads to the Bridgewater canal at Dunham. There is plenty of wild life to see along the canal before we turn off along quiet country lanes back to the TPT. A short road stretch will bring us to Red House Farm cafe for refreshments. From here it is only a short cycle back to the start point. This should be a relatively mud free ride as the only off road sections are proper paths. We always go at a pace to suit everyone and have plenty of stops and time to chat. Please wear a helmet and bring water with you. A spare inner tube if you have one is useful as well but not essential. Please arrive at 1.45 for introductions and bike check then we can be off at 2 pm. I look forward to meeting you. If you require any further info please ring me on 07526 724290. Hilary
