DRIFFIELD FOUR SEASONS BREEZERS: LAUREL VINES HARVEST RIDE!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THE LEISURE CENTRE AT 7AM FOR A 7.15AM START. We need to set off early for this ride to spend the day grape picking for Laurel Vines. We are expected to arrive for Breakfast (Bacon Butties & drink) around 8am, with introductions at 8.30am and start at 9am. Lunch is provided. Depart 4pm ish. It may be worth cycling with a ruck sack with a change of shoes for use in the vineyards and an extra top if weather turns slightly cooler or wet. You will then have space to carry a bottle of wine, given to each picker upon leaving. Please inform of any dietary requirements to Ride Leaders.
As always, we advise you wear a helmet and check the forecast to wear suitable clothes for the ride. Bring a snack and a bottle of water too. Please carry enough tools should you encounter a technical problem on the ride and make sure you have two spare inner tubes, along with everything required to mend a puncture. Please also bring some money for refreshments.

Should the ride have to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to inform all participants beforehand.
