Dr Plott 19th century ride

An easy flat cycle starting from Leek Market Place to commerate Leek Cycle club's first rides in in the 1800s. Starting outside Leek Cycle Solutions, the ride will take a few small roads through to the Westwood area of Leek to the Rudyard trail. Once on the trail the ride will proceed to the cafe at Rudyard Lake, a round trip of about 5 miles. There will be the option of an additional 3 miles for those who would like to do a bit more further up the trail. As the ride is to support the Totally Local project Lycra is not encouraged to give the whole event a local key relaxed feel. However as a ride leader I am don't care what you wear as long as you are safe and happy. It goes without saying that we will be wearing helmets. Don't forget your money for the cafe .
