Starting at Five Rivers we breeze along the quiet rolling roads and the river valley via Stratford Sub Castle and Netton till we reach the Bridge Inn at Woodford. We could take a right at the Bridge and cycle to the gates of Stings house, then down the track to the Church where Sting and Tracy married! We then return to cross over the bridge, and return to Five Rivers via the other side of the river stopping for well earned coffee and cake at Heale House.
