Leaving Adwick Leisure Centre you soon make your way to the countryside were you can challenge yourself with a long gentle climb out of Campsall to then get your breath back descending in to Norton.
Along country roads and through villages & farming community you join up with National Cycling Network 62 on making your way back to the Leisure centre, but don't worry you won't need a Mountain Bike as all this route is on roads.
