Cycling Sunday Aug 16th is led by John going along the canal via Barnby Dun then taking country roads to Braithwaite and on more quite roads for our 1st stop at Premier inn Rawcliffe road. We then proceed to Airmyn on to Hook skirting Goole and making our way to Crowle for our 2nd stop (picnic or sandwiches from the CO-OP shop)We then head for Sandoft and back home. This route is as flat as a pancake on quite roads and will be ridden at a leisurely pace so is ideal for the not quite so fit rider even though it is about 60 mile.
