Starting from - We meet in the free car park behind The Highwayman in Dobwalls. There are no toilets here, but you can stop on the way at the ones in the big layby on the A38 (from Plymouth direction) or at Trago Mill (from Bodmin direction). PL14 6JD

It's all hilly! Mostly lanes but includes a stretch on the busy B3359
If the weather is good we will buy lunch from the shop in Lerryn and sit outside at the picnic benches beside the estuary. If it's raining, we will go on to Lostwithiel for an indoor lunch.
Please wear a helmet and bring water, snacks, a spare inner tube to fit your bike and some money for lunch.
