Wild Bikes, London Road, Stockton Heath WA4 6SG

This is a great ride from Wild Bikes in Stockton Heath to the Ice Cream Farm at Great Budworth. We'll head off from the cycle shop in the centre of Stockton Heath and wind our way through the villages of Grappenhall and Appleton Thorn before cycling through the Arley Hall estate and onto Great Budworth. Here you can indulge in an ice cream (go on, you deserve it!) before heading back through the leafy lanes of north Cheshire and back to Stockton Heath. Wild Bikes has recently renovated the back of the shop and there is now an outside seating area and the chance to buy coffee and cakes and chat about all things bikes (other topics are allowed!) The ride will suit those used to road cycling and others who are just gaining confidence on the roads. Your bike should be in good working order with tyres pumped up and working brakes. Please bring a puncture repair kit and spare inner tube - and water. Helmets are only compulsory for children under the age of 16.
