At a comfortable pace, and possibly with some modest hills along the way, rides take place on mainly quiet roads with plenty of sights along the way. Rides are between 6 and 20 miles long, at a moderate pace of between 7 and 10 miles an hour.

Relax on the Ferry crossing at the start as you take in the stunning views up and down Windermere before gentling yourself into the purpose-built cycle trail along it's shore. The trail weaves you magically through the forest air amid birdsong before you reconnect with the shoreline and into Wray Castle grounds for a well deserved lunch. There are plenty of spots for that picture perfect shot to share with your family and friends afterwards, on this classic ride that simply has too many highlights to list...
