Route directions: Leave Mary Stevens Park by entry onto Stanley Road and turn into Lea Vale Road to ride along residential roads to meet B4187 Worcester Lane to Hagley. At traffic lights with A456 Kidderminster Road cross over and take Western Road then take the track to Field House, go straight over at cross-roads to Holy Cross. At five-ways junction take 4th exit and descend to Belbroughton. Turn left on to Church Road to descend further and then just after starting to climb, take right turn on to Weystone Lane, CARE - this is narrow and can be muddy with gravel. Take next right turn (short steep climb) to Barrow Hill Farm where turn left for an exhilarating straight descent of about a quarter of a mile before a right turn before a farm. Turn right into Tanwood Lane and follow to a cross-roads. Turn left for a descent into Chaddesley Corbett. Turn left onto the A448 for 200 metres and then turn right onto Fox Lane, passing a sports ground. Ride along Cakebole Lane, turning left at a ‘Y’ junction. After by-passing Rushock, ride along Lennon Lane to the cross-roads. Turn right along Clattercut Lane then turn left onto the A442 to Cutnall Green. Stop for refreshments at Lord Morton’s Tea Rooms. Cross A442 to Addis Lane and take 2nd turn left. This will go down a very steep descent – CARE on the corners – to a ‘Y’ junction. Turn left and join a gated road, passing a lovely house and grounds to meet Elmbridge Road. Turn right and immediately left on to Cooksey Green Lane. Follow its twists and turns to meet Berry Lane. Turn right here and then first left along Newhouse Lane then left on to Timberhonger Lane. Take next left along Bungay Lake Lane to cross the A448 again. Turn left along Priory Road to Dodford (Chartists village) and then left again to climb Church Road to Woodland Road. Turn left along Warbage Lane then left again on to Dordale Road. The road now undulates up and down back to Belbroughton where we shall retrace the outward journey back to Mary Stevens Park.
