Join one of the Epping Forest Constables for a moderate guided bike ride in Epping Forest. The ride is open to all ages although riders should be of a competent level. Please bring water and a puncture repair kit and please check your bike over before the start of the ride. The ride will start at 10.45am and will be around 12 miles and will finish at approx 3pm. We will stop off at one of the Forest tea huts for lunch.
