The Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge, 8 Rangers Road, Chingford E4 7QH. Nearest train station, Chingford main line.
An interesting and fairly easy ride through Epping Forest led by one of the Constables. Please check your bike over before the start and bring a puncture repair kit and water. Helmets are advised. Open to riders of all ages but riders should be of a competent level.
