Hi my name is Ian and I work as a Forest Ranger in Epping Forest. This will be my last guided ride of the year. It will be a fairly easy ride staying on the main tracks and is open to riders of all ages. We will stop off for a pub lunch during the ride. Please wear a helmet and bring water and a puncture repair kit, and check your bike over before the start. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
