About the route
Hi my name is Ian and I work as a Forest Ranger in Epping Forest. I am leading several bike rides in the Forest throughout the year. The ride is an easy ride open to all ages but a competent level of cycling is required. We will be riding on the main Forest tracks which are ok for most types of bikes. Please wear a cycling helmet, bring water and a puncture repair kit and check your bike over before the start. We normally stop off at a pub for lunch.
