About the route
Hi my name is Ian and I work as an Epping Forest Ranger. I am a British Cycling member and will be doing my ride leaders course in June. I will be leading 5 bike rides this year discovering the beauty of Epping Forest. The rides are easy and are open to famillies and individual riders. Helmets must be worn and under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring water, puncture repair kit, and check your bike before the ride.
