Join Forest Ranger Ian Greer for a steady and interesting ride through Epping Forest. This ride is suitable for families and riders of all ages, although a competent level of cycling is required. Please wear helmets and bring water and a puncture repair kit and check your bike over before the start. We will stop off for a pub lunch.
