We will leave the carpark following Waterside road and make our way along pasture road, Up Falkland way, across to Caistor road and Eastfield. From there we enter the park and come out again on Brigg road and make our way unto Forkdale, down towards Westfield, Gravel pitt and along the Humber Bank to the start.

This is a steady ride and will be a comfortable pace for everyone. No one gets left behind and there is no shame in walking up a hill.

Mostly quiet roads and cycle paths

There will be plenty of time to stop and admire the views, take photos and chat along the way

Please wear a helmet and carry water and a snack to keep you going. Also make sure you have the means to repair a puncture and a face coving just in case. Cash card will be needed if you wish to stop for refreshments.
