David Bellamy Memorial Ride - Training Rides

The final route map for the David Bellamy Memorial Ride which starts at Waltham Forest Town Hall (E17 4JF) proceeds to the pier at Southend-on-Sea and returns by the same route. Route is ridden at an average speed of around 12.5 mph - obviously hills are very personal so we regroup at the top but tend to press on when it's on the level and rolling. Please ensure you have food, drinks, two spare tubes, pump, levers and scabs and check the hourly forecast to ensure you are appropriately dressed, as this is a long ride.
