Daventry to Stockton Loop 30m

I'm starting from Daventry this week to add a bit of variety to the Sunday rides. I hope some of you can join me to explore a bit further afield.

This is a leisurely social ride, aiming for around 11-12mph. We will aim to stay together as a group for the whole ride, and ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Please do not sign up unless you are prepared to do that.

The route will take us through Daventry, Staverton, Hellidon, Priors Marston and Napton to Stockton. We return via Long Itchington, Broadwell, Sawbridge, Willoughby and Braunston.
**
Much of this is on "the flatlands', so it is relatively flat, with some long, gentle climbs.
**
There are 2 sections of main road on the return, but hopefully they should not be too busy on a Sunday. We can avoid both if required, but it will add a little distance to the ride.
**
We will stop at Josie's Place in Stockton for refreshments. They close at 2pm, so we need a prompt start.
PLEASE BE ON TIME.
There will be no hot food, but we can get tea, coffee, cake and sausage rolls from the microwave.

Bring the usual - helmet, spare tube, money etc.
