Darkroom Sunday Social - Marlborough

Hi folks! This week's ride we're going with something a little different, a short-ish but hilly 60km (37mi) ride to Marlborough. We'll leave Swindon via the cycle paths out towards Wroughton, and then ascend Salthrop Hill and Hackpen Hill before flying over the Downs into Marlborough for a bite to eat and a drink at the Castle And Ball. After the stop we'll then follow the Kennet out towards Ramsbury before turning for home with a fast descent down the infamous Snap Hill and a quick hop through the villages towards Chiseldon. The ride is a steady pace and sits at between 13mph/14mph but we will never leave anyone behind & we'll re-group regularly.
