About the route
Up to Rhigos (mountain road) through forestry - drop down to Maerdy - back up the hill (off road) through forestry above Cwmaman to LLanwonno - back via Mountain Ash / Cynon trail.
some of the route is on road, mostly off road. Not a technical ride but will be quite strenuous!
Stopping for coffee / cak at Daerwynno Outdoor Centre - Macmillan fundraiser bring money!
