Starting from - The Dog & Bell Crew used to be the hub of social cycling in SE London. Perhaps Cyclists in Southwark can now take on this role? But do we need to introduce a membership subscription, adopt a new constitution and open up our membership to LCC and British Cycling members? We meet for this ride at Cutty Sark Gardens, by the entrance to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, SE10 9HT
