We will finish the ride in Andover when we arrive at Trisha's for her to share her knowledge of nutrition needed for cycling/sports/keep fit regardless of level - this is not a fad diet - as there will be coffee and cake and other tasty morsels to sample.
A £5 cash donation is required towards costs - this also includes a charity donation.
