Cycle paths and leafy lanes to Welford and back

This will be a very moderately paced ride, aimed at those of you who like the idea of cycling but would prefer to go out with good company and a leader to guide the way.  This ride will follow the cycle path to the Luddington road and then go to Welford, Dorsington, and back to the start long the Greenway. The Carriages café near the start will provide an opportunity for that well earned coffee. The ride is mostly flat or gently undulating, with just one definite uphill (we do get a nice descent to compensate).  The main requirement is a bicycle in good working order (e.g., good brakes, tyres pumped up, chain oiled).  A helmet is advised, but not compulsory, and a water bottle is a good idea.  A spare inner tube is also recommended but please don’t worry if you do not have one, I carry a few tubes and a small tool kit.
