Cycle paths and leafy lanes to Long Marston

This is a leisurely paced ride, with no hills and a very quaint cafe stop. It is aimed at those of you who like to cycle at a very moderate pace with good company and a leader to guide the way. This ride will follow the cycle path to the Luddington road and then go to Welford, Long Marston, The Barn Antiques Centre (cafe ) and back to the start along the Greenway. 'Cafe Violette' will provide an opportunity for that well earned coffee (so please bring some cash). The main requirement is a bicycle in good working order (e.g., good brakes, tyres pumped up, chain oiled). A helmet is advised, but not compulsory, and a water bottle is a good idea. A spare inner tube is also recommended but please don't worry if you do not have one, I carry a few tubes and a small tool kit.
