Cycle Path to Capel Bangor

This is a very easy ride and route. THIS IS A CLOSED GROUP RIDE FOR ONLY GIRLS ATTENDING THE GO RIDE SESSION FOR 12 - 16 YEARS OLD WITH WELSH CYCLING We will start AT PENWEDDIG SCHOOL and then start on the cycle path north to Capel Bangor. We will continue on cycle path until we join the road in the Industrial estate. We will then take the route towards Capel Bangor - back road. There are houses but we rarely see a car. There is a small descend so brakes need to be working. We go through a working farm so may have mud on road. We will come the the Capel Bangor Vale of Rheidol Crossing and then return back to start. Easy pace - we will go with the slowest rider - enough time to chat and talk on route. WE MUST KEEP TO NO MORE TO 2 ABREAST - SINGLE IF CARS ARE ABOUT. ANY QUESTIONS THEN PLEASE ASK!
