Cycle Path to Capel Bangor

This is a very easy ride and route. WEST WALES CYCLE RACING TEAM ARE OFFERING ALL CHILDREN/ADULTS TO TRY THEIR GO-RIDE CYCLO-CROSS SESSION - WE ARE AIMING TO COME BACK TO START OF ADULT RACE AT 7.00M We will start AT BLAENDOLAU PLAYING FIELDS and then proceed on the cycle path north to Capel Bangor. We will continue on cycle path until we join the road into the Industrial Estate. We will then take the route towards Capel Bangor - back road. There are houses but we rarely see a car. There is a small descend so brakes need to be working. We go through a working farm so may have mud on road. We will come the the Capel Bangor Vale of Rheidol Crossing and then return back to start. Easy pace - we will go with the slowest rider - enough time to chat and talk on route. WE MUST KEEP TO NO MORE THAN TO TWO-ABREAST - SINGLE IF CARS ARE ABOUT. ANY QUESTIONS THEN PLEASE ASK!
