Starting point
Ceredigion Rheidol Offices - park to side of building or on the road towards Starling Clouds
From Ceredigion Offices we will go across the roundabout passed the surgery towards the cycle path to industrial estate.
We will then turn left for a change and go onto the Lovesgrove road -turn left on roundabout towards Capel Dewi. This is a busy main road so we must be careful and keep to single file.
Turn right at crossroads towards Penrhyncoch and do the Cwm Symlog loop.
There will be some climbing to do but you will have warmed up the legs by Penrhyncoch and should look forward to the descend and recovery ride back into town.
