This will be an extended version of the recent Thamesmead Murals ride, reprising the murals and continuing to Lesnes Abbey. 10am start from Cutty Sark Gardens, next to the Foot Tunnel entrance. Returning 1.30pm. Ride through the Royal College site onto the Thames Path, pass the O2 and the riverside artwork and on to the Thames Barrier. Then link with Green Chain path and after viewing some of the murals will continue to Lesnes Abbey for our coffee break. Return to Cutty Sark via the Ridgeway and Thames Path. Mostly off road. Short stretches of qioet streets. No busy roads.
