Cuerden Valley

A traffic free route through Cureden valley in the heart of Lancashire. After crossing over the busy M6 the ride drops down into the quiet valley of the river Lostock with its undistrubed water meadows and plenty of wildlife amongst the woodland. After turning at Sheep Hill carpark one could pause at the Stone bridge before beginning the short climb back to the start.
