Starting point

Lancashire
PR5 4UB

East from our base on a mix of cycleways and quiet roads, through an industrial estate to emerge in open countryside on the edge of the Pennines. Undulating Pippin Street is a lane heading South. The mix of road and cycleway continues. A short downhill on road to another cycleway which connects to Swansey Lane, across A6 and a climb again on a quiet roads to cross onto a bridleway leading into Cuerden Valley Park.
From here all tarmac, mostly cycleways connected by short road sections back to base,
Overall a little more challenging than our Novice rides but don’t worry Juniors most of your adults will manage with a little encouragement!
