Mostly road / some cyclepath loop from Heath Park to Tredegar House and back. I've ridden all of this before but this specific combination is a bit experimental, especially trying to avoid some busy bits of Cardiff on the way back in

Mostly quiet roads, though some bus lane or cycle path usage to avoid the worst of the traffic

Either a short stop at the Tredegar House cafe or a pub in Marshfield, with a little diversion.

Bring any tools or tubes you may need, water, and snacks
